Description
Helium Leak detection system with three vacuum chambers to test hematic filter.
The system is based on three test stations, aligned to which there are three vacuum chambers that, through horizontal movement incorporate the fixture for housing the components to be tested (5 blood filters per chamber). The chambers are handled automatically and 4 linear axes machines perform the loading and unloading of the components. In addition to leak test the machine performs a flow test that allows checking for the correct amount of filtering material.
