DESCRIPTION
Easily removable and interchangeable in order to make the machine adaptable to different types of components also thanks to the use of poka-yoke fast connectors.
A single tooling can test more components and/or circuits at the same time and discriminate which of them have a leak. Scrap part management prevents the NOK parts from moving to the next production step whilst tracking them uniquely.
Seals used on our fixtures are designed to fit to the specific characteristics of the component under test, the dimensions of the coupling terminals as well as the test pressure.
VERSIONS
Manual
Generally composed of a support base for housing the component to be tested and locking devices and coupling joints connected manually by the operator to the ends of the circuits to be tested.
The solutions that HeTECH/Marposs can provide are designed to meet the specific needs of sealing and clamping of the component under test.
Semi-automatic
The operator's task is limited to positioning the component to be tested on the equipment in the chamber while the couplings with the process circuit are managed automatically by the bench during the testing phase.
Each tooling can be equipped with a marking system to mark the ok part with a dot.
Automatic
The loading/unloading of the component to be tested takes place automatically through robots, pick and place or other specific devices of the production line.
