· perform helium leak tests on prototypes;
· test a sampling of pre-series pieces;
· establish the waste threshold to be used in production;
· retest a batch of defective parts.
The Customer could not have the proper equipment to perform leak tests or it could be far too early for him to invest in a new leak testing machine.
In that case, HeTECH/Marposs is able to provide a unique service using its own equipment to run the needed tests nearby its own plant in Calvignasco or at the Customer’s premises, providing support for the interpretation of test and suggestion of possible solutions.
